These purpose-built, high specification Apartments are professionally furnished and decorated in a contemporary design, and feature kitchens by a top German company with luxury bathrooms by Villeroy & Boch. Most Apartments have Juliet balconies to the sitting room, with an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and built-in wardrobes to both bedrooms. Every guest is greeted personally on arrival, day or night, and will be given a demonstration of the apartment (if this is not convenient to the guest at time of arrival, the demonstration can be done at at a later time).

A luxury welcome pack of essentials is waiting for every new resident including food items and toiletries. All Apartments are equipped with a fax machine and a direct dial telephone line. They also have Wireless Broadband at no extra cost. All Apartments contain Sky TV (mostly LCD Flatscreen), DVD/CD player with home theatre system in the sitting room. Both bedrooms have LCD TVs, the master bedroom also having a CD player, whilst some apartments have a complete multi-room video and audio system fitted. The interiors of the apartments are also furnished and decorated to a high standard in a contemporary style, including solid oak and leather furniture, giving them a calm, warm and homely feel.

The fully-equipped kitchens also include a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave, as well as a stainless steel oven and halogen hob. A Braun Tassimo Coffee machine provides tea and quality coffee, whilst each apartment also has washer/dryer installed for those needing clothes washing facilities.
Maid service is included in the weekly rental and consists of a clean of the apartment, change of bedding and towels.

Soft furnishings and linen are of an excellent standard, bringing a ‘five star hotel' feel to this property. It has excellent access to the local transport network and local amenities.
